I was warmly greeted by Marky who gave me an available room. I had a king room on the 3rd floor with a view of the hospital across the street. There is the occasional ambulance siren occasionally but I slept very well all three nights. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom extremely clean and renovated. I turned off the heater because I prefer things cooler. I also liked being able to crack open the windows for ventilation. I loved being able to microwave some delicious leftovers in the basement area where the customer washing machines are. I also loved having access to regular TV programming, not just the ability to cast/stream. Overall I enjoyed my stay and found the staff, especially Marky, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!"
