Tout était bien. Sauf la nourriture très très soso ordinaire… 115$ pour deux pour déjeuner un buffet et c’était très ordinaire. Le staff très professionnels et courtois.
I thought everything was wonderful. The staff and bellman were extremely helpful. It was very clean and I was impressed with the view. Being a pet friendly option I was surprised to hear that I couldn’t leave my pet unsupervised. If I have a kennel, and my dog is trained, that shouldn’t stop me from enjoying myself for a few hours and leaving my pet in my room. Unfortunately I probably won’t be back there with my dog. Aside from not everything was wonderful. The restaurants too!
Great location for a weekend visit. We were able to walk everywhere with public transportation private charters access easily accessible from the hotel. Pool and hot tub were excellent with stunning views of the ocean from the pool deck.
I hadn't stayed at the Pan Pacific for years. It used to be my favorite hotel so I was looking forward to coming back for the night. I stayed overnight with my best friend as we were attending a concert in Vancouver. We were offered an upgrade but had to pay for it, which didn't make sense to me. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom wasn't great. There was hair intertwined in the hand and face towels and hair on the bathroom floor. I called the front desk to have someone change out the towels; however, no one came. The beds were comfortable, and our room service breakfast was great.
Great location for what we were staying in town for. Bed was comfortable, nice towels but I would say that the rooms I’ve stayed in need updating, especially the bathrooms.
The Pan Pacific is the absolute best place to stay before embarking on a cruise from this port. The hotel is perfectly situated on the dock, a short, maybe 5-minute walk, to the ship.
The hotel itself is grand and beautiful in the interior lobby with luxurious, plenty of lounge areas to relax, restaurants on site, a gym, and spectacular views of the harbor if you are fortunate enough to get a harbor view room, which we did. The staff is very helpful and speak several languages to assist guests. The rooms are a bit older, but well maintained and clean. There are robes, bottled water and a coffee machine with coffee and tea for your morning wake up. One of the best perks is the bell staff will pick up and deliver your luggage to the ship before embarkation and your luggage will be waiting outside your stateroom when you arrive onboard. This is a free service, although tips are appreciated.
On any future cruise out of Vancouver, this will be our home the night/s before or after we sail.
