Great, clean, modern and convenient location. Perfect walking distance to the BC Place Stadium where our teens were able to walk to safely to attend a concert. Awesome location near many great restaurants in Yaletown and close walking distance to the CF Pacific Centre mall along with other great stores on Robson Street. We will definitely be back.

We loved our 1 night stay at Smithe house. It has everything we needed for our stay. It was exceptionally clean. The hosts were so accommodating to our needs. I also love that they have underground and gated parking. Check-in was smooth and instructions were so easy to follow. There are many restaurants in the area. It is so close to BC Place and Rogers Arena. We will stay here again in the future! Thank you so much!

Lovely modern and very clean apartment in a great location for access to restaurants, shopping etc. It is fitted out with everything you need including an in unit washer dryer that was very handy after a few weeks travelling! The staff were very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any of my inquiries. Highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Smithe house was absolutely incredible! It’s close to a lot of shops (got breakfast at Angus T) and 2 arenas. They have a gym with a filtered water. I love that my room came with a microwave,fridge,and dishwasher! One of the best stays I have had at a hotel

Excellent, modern and high end property in the heart of downtown. Lots of close restaurants and shops to stroll to. The parking was easy and our family of four which includes two adult children enjoyed the space and convenience of the apartment. Thank you! Our hee home away from home in Vancouver.

The rooms were amazing and exactly what we needed before flying home. When reaching out the staff was amazing. I had trouble getting the tv on and they sent someone over so quickly. Turns out it was user error and the tv just needed a witness, and it was working. The suite was incredible. I highly recommend and if we’re in Vancouver again, this will be where we stay. Thank you for being such great hosts.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Vancouver. We were in Vancouver primarily for the FIFA World Cup game. It was a short walk to BC place, so an excellent place if you are in town for a game at BC Place. Tons of food options nearby and all walkable distances as well . Parking was included in our stay, at an underground parking garage, which was very safe. Highly recommend this place!

Smithe House was a very clean and very quiet establishment. We had no issues during our stay, and the location is excellent. Help is always a text message away. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. It was great to have a washer and dryer, and a kitchenette in the room. We would definitely stay here again.
