The train is about a 10 minute walk, and you can get downtown fairly quickly on the train which is a huge deal to not need to drive anywhere to get to a train. There is a grocery store at the end of the street maybe a 5 minute walk. Bring your own bags for the grocery store. "So, I'd say with this place you get what you pay for. I was there during World Cup and it was considerably cheaper than other places which worked for me for one night. But, it's a bit of a strange layout with a bunk bed (top only) against a window in a tiny room and another bunk bed in another room beside it. Would sleep three max, two on top bunks. The place itself looks like maybe it's a short term rental until they sell it or do some renovations. The sink faucet it crooked and sprays water....
