« I had limited communication but the host allege that I stole her shampoo and body wash. Her exact message that I got few minutes after I checked out - “Why did you people take my shampoo and body wash?” She replied after few minutes saying she found it !!! I wouldn’t recommend this place just because of host’s attitude and her judgement. »

« Our stay was very short, but the property had everything we could ever need. It was quite warm during our stay and we were missing the A/C, but opening the windows cooled it off enough to be able to sleep. We would definitely recommend this property to others in the future. »

« This is a wonderful place for a stay in Langford, B.C. For several days this is a great accommodation, close to excellent restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked including K-cups for that morning coffee. If you like playing games in the evening there is no table and chairs. We also think it would be appreciated if there were ice cubes and face cloths. As an elder couple, the most difficult problem was going down the stairs on the outside that had no handrail. « Clean place, we'll looked after - felt more like a home away from home. West Kelowna is not my first choice when in the Okanagan, but the overall relaxing vibe of the unit and facilities helped make up for it. Host communicates well, everything was described well and my opinions seem to mirror others that have reviewed this place. I would certainly come back, my only suggestion is facecloths and pool towels (lol) - perhaps I missed them. Thank you for the great stay, we will certainly be back. »
