Kitsilano Garden Walk-Out 2 Bedroom

Located in a Kitsilano 1912 heritage home, the 2 bedrooms are accessed by a separate entrance in the back of the house. We live upstairs.

** Please note 5% (GST) taxes will need to be collected separately after booking is made. Not paying the taxe up front on the total will cancel the booking.

This space is modern and clean and is a walk-out to a cozy garden in the back. There is a patio with a bbq, love seat and 2 chairs in the garden so you can relax with a glass of Okanagan wine after a long day.

We are a short walk to all the local eateries and shops located on West Broadway and 4th (commercial areas). UBC 20 min bus ride away and downtown Vancouver is 15 minutes away by bus (02).

This is a comfortable self contained cozy two-bedroom garden (approx 650 square feet) accommodation, best suited for 2 couples, business travel, single travellers or a small family. Enjoy a very comfortable queen size bed in one room and a double bed in the other. There is a small kitchen table, sofa and TV (with cable & blu-ray for Netflix) in the main area. High-speed internet is available. We have a coffee machine, kettle, small fridge, small oven and bbq grill on the patio outside with a table that seats 4. Free parking on the street.

* Please note the unit is fitted with a Honeywell True HEPA Room Air Purifier with Allergen Remover.

About us: We are a professional couple with no kids that live upstairs and are very quiet. Christine works in the event and tourism industry, so she can help you with any questions you may have about tours and sight-seeing adventures. Please fee free to email us with any questions you may have.

I loved my time here so much. I came to Vancouver alone and this was the perfect location for everything I needed. The hosts were so wonderful, kind and helpful and I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming to visit. Absolutely wonderful place to stay!!! Christine & Pat were super friendly & offered all kinds of suggestions of things to do & places to eat! Cozy unit in a fantastic Vancouver neighbourhood.
Located in the thriving neighbourhood of Kitsilano in easy walking distance to bars restaurants and bus routes . This is a great place to stay. Two comfortable double bedrooms with comfy beds . The kitchen/ diner / sitting room is snug but comfortable and well organised with generous pantry provision . There is a large outdoor seating area in a pleasant garden. The location of the unit- means it is shaded but it is well lit and balanced by the French doors which access on to the garden. Christine and Patrick were great to deal with very flexible and provided lots of info on Vancouver and transport. This was our second trip to the city and we loved it- it’s a great place to visit and this property was perfect for our needs . Can recommend and will definitely stay here again if we make another trip here. 👍🏼😀
