unique setting and convenience, friendly, experienced and friendly staff
Easy to find. Excellent location for dining and entertainment in the city. Very good value for the price. Very friendly staff.
Steam room was excellent after a long day. The wifi was not free and quite expensive. Most places have it for free. It was very disappointing to have to pay $15.00 per day.
The bar/restaurant downstairs was awesome! The elevator system took a little getting used to. The location of the hotel was great.
The hotel is beautiful. There’s luxury and comfort in the room, lobby and restaurants. Highly recommendable.
The staff was great from beginning to checkout! We would stay there again.
Good hotel all around. Nice and clean, friendly staff, delicious food.
All the staff were friendly including the Gen Manager. Love the location , the staff goes out of their way to make your stay special👍👏
The inside of the property is nicely renovated but the exterior is not very appealing. The swimming pool and hot tub are pretty tired looking, and the hot tub water was not clear. The desk staff were very helpful iin accommodating our request to be on the same floor as other family members.
