This is not a five-star hotel. Service was very hard to find. The concierge was out of the office on a Thursday?! I will try another hotel in Vancouver next time.

Room and hotel was awesome. Only drawback was we ordered room service that never showed up. After an hour of waiting for two bowls of soup we had to cancel our order as we had plans. Called twice and were assured it was on the way only it never arrived. Front desk put a credit on our room but we would have preferred our dinner!!

Nathanial at the front desk was lovely. We usually stay at the Parq next door, so tried here. The decor is much softer and darker, the bed was wonderful. We did find the scent/fragrance in the lobby as well as the room a bit overwhelming.

In my experience, the stay at the property was satisfactory as the building was clean and staff were nice, even though we did move rooms for convivence the room that we were placed into was a joint connecting room with the door locked but could still hear the other side. Everything was great until the stay was ruined with kids from the other side pulling on the door trying to unlock it along with non stop crying.
