"We had to wait 45 mins to get checked in and for parking we were quoted $30, which actually comes to $40 with extra fees and taxes. That would have been helpful to know. Otherwise, it’s a lovely hotel."

"Good value. Clean. Lots of bunnies out front that families will enjoy. Enjoyed the stay. The walls aren't well sound proofed though. You can hear a decent amount though the walls if you have noisy nieghbors"

"Great property, fabulous staff and service at Mosaic, and the lobby bar. Some outlets were closed, and the surrounding area is full of homeless/drug problems and not safe to walk alone after dark.
Overall the hotel is superb, sad the city is not cleaning up the drug problem and helping the homeless to find adequate shelter. "

"The staff were all really great! Bed a bit firm for my liking but otherwise clean and quiet place. I wouldn't recommend checking in or out at peak times though as the elevators aren't big enough for how many guests the hotel has... Many guests felt the same haha, making jokes about 'booking a slot to ride the elevator'. But that was seriously the only negative here! Great stay overall :)"
