Waterfront Station is just a two-minute walk away, which made traveling to and from the airport very easy. The hotel is also conveniently close to the SeaBus terminal, adding to its excellent accessibility. The staff were truly amazing. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and consistently offered their help. They were polite, professional, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. I was initially concerned about the rain when visiting Vancouver in December, but the hotel thoughtfully provides umbrellas at the entrance. This small but meaningful detail made it easy to enjoy walks around the city despite the weather. I would absolutely stay here again.
