The hotel's downtown location with very easy valet parking in a courtyard area is great. Vancouver's downtown is not fun to drive in as so many cars, bikes, people in tight roadways. So easy parking is terrific. Downtown location means you can walk to most sites or uber easily. Many good small restaurants in area for dinner. Not many for breakfast. The hotel itself felt dated and very over- priced for what one gets. The limited elevator scene is bad- long waits and crowded. The stairwell when you can't catch an elevator is crazy. I hope there is never a fire because everyone will be wandering around on level 3 trying to find a way out.

Excellent location with transit right outside. A short walk to shops and restaurants. Starbucks in the lobby was super handy. The staff were extremely friendly. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
