"Moose Hotel was amazing, from it’s lovely building to the cozy rooms. Spacious, clean, and with a great balcony that allows you to connect with nature. The staff was courteous and proactive. The hot tubs were such a treat! Everything is walking distance from there, so you don’t need to worry about driving and parking. I am definitely going to visit again!"

"Exceptional hotel, best of our trip! The newly designed Otter Hotel more than met my expectations! - Large and spotless room and bathroom (very hard working housekeeping team) with EPIC mountain view - pay the extra and book early / stay a bit longer to take advantage of their longer stay offers/ worth it! - Free Transit passes great - In room coffee making or tea provided (personalised) a nice touch with REAL milk or oat milk in tiny bottles. - gorgeous Rocky Mountain locally sourced bathroom products - rooftop hot pools and fire pits wonderful."

"We booked our room as a king room. When we got to the property, we were told they upgraded us. After wandering around (it's difficult to find rooms) we found our "upgraded" room. It was very outdated, extremely small and had a spiral staicase to get to our bed. We are in out 60's and were to say the least not thrilled with this. Went to the front desk to say this is unacceptable. After having to get a little upset about this as were were staying for 5 days and could not manuver this staircase in the middle of the night to use the washroom. I was told that there was not a king room available and "this was an Upgrade". Finally with the manager involved were able to get a double queen, which was beautiful and fully updated. Nothing like the outdated spiral staircase room. Not a great way to start a vacation after a over 24 hour drive. We only used the maid services 1 time during our stay and they only made our beds and folded out dirty towels, did not give us any toilet paper or facial tissues. Over all we enjoyed out stay and wouldn't let something like this deter us from staying again, just be aware of "upgrades" Front desk staff was very friendly and everyone working there was very pleasant. Our visit to Banff was a once in a lifetime trip!"

"Wonderful stay. The suite was larger than expected, with kitchen, and living room area. Would've been great if we were staying longer than one night. The grotto hot tub was divine after a hike. Only 'complaint' was that the hair conditioner wasn't filled, so I barely had enough for my one shower, but if we were staying longer I just would've asked them to fill it. And a heads up to anyone arriving with a roof rack/roof storage box on their car, their underground parking only accommodates up to 6'3 heights. We were able to park on the surrounding side street, free with a park pass. Overall a wonderful stay."
