The only complaint is there is absolutely no water pressure in the rooms. I understand wanting to preserve water, but you waste more because it takes 4x as long to take a shower with zero water pressure."

The location is really good to be walking distance from attractions. Also my hotel room did not have a fridge nor microwave. "

"Very disappointing stay. The area around the hotel had a very strong trash smell throughout the streets nearby, which made the experience unpleasant. The valet service was especially disappointing. The staff was unfriendly, and when I requested my car, it was left near a trash area instead of the hotel entrance, with little assistance or communication. I had to carry and load luggage on my own, which was frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, there was confusion regarding the pet fee, which added unnecessary stress to the stay. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations."
