The accommodations were amazing. We loved our villa. Our concierge, Paulina, was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff weee always trying to please, even if they messed up or were taking too long. They were trying. We were a bit shocked at how much all the food and drinks cost. It was quite high for the quality received. The beach seemed to be somewhat destroyed from some storms but they had some blockades to control the waves.

It is a very beautiful place with a great atmosphere right by the beach. You feel like you are in Jungle as soon as you walk into the hotel. We stayed at a garden view bungalow. It was a good size and very private. I wish we could stay longer.

From the moment you walk in you feel relaxed and welcomed. The concierge makes sure that your stay is a personalized experience - we were able to pick the scent of hand soap and essential oil we would prefer on our room. As well as wether we would prefer a coffee or tea basket in the morning - in our case I prefer coffee and my boyfriend preferred tea - not a problem both would arrive each morning!! David at the front desk was AMAZING! He was willing to help with every little detail - getting...

This place is beautiful!! Room was clean, had all amenities needed and the a/c was heaven!! The only thing was the futon bed wasn’t the coziest to sleep on however the main bed was comfortable! As for the food it was good and fairly priced. Our favourite part of it was our concierge Fernando, he went above and beyond for us! he was knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful! Will definitely be back!

This was a piece of paradise. Carlos, Chris, Roger and Roberto were absolutely wonderful….as was the rest of the staff…I would recommend this as a top rate place to stay

Ser Casasandra was such a beautiful and calming place to experience the island from. The design felt warm, thoughtful, and full of character, with little details that made the stay feel special without trying too hard. The hotel felt deeply connected to the nature and rhythm of the island, creating an atmosphere that was peaceful, grounded, and soulful. Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep...

Very unique and exquisite property. Excellent coffee and food. Very clean except the shower is rusty/worn like every other mexican washroom. Far from all the shopping/dining. Amazing wifi service. The bed is hatd byt the sun lounging is amazing!!

Blue Diamond is a unique resort setup around lagoons, cenote and mangroves with a beautiful sandy beachfront and all you'd expect from a five star plus. The staff are fantastic, kind, thoughtful and anticipate perfectly what you didn't even know would make things even more relaxing. The food is masterful!

Be Playa has a very good location. The hotel staff are very accommodating & helpful. We upgraded to a junior suite for the little extra it was. More room than a standard with a little jacuzzi. Beds are firm but comfortable. Roof top pool is in need of an upgrade but big enough to cool down from the heat! Sushi restaurant is awesome.
