El cuarto sucio, no me dieron el cuarto que reserve, el taxista con quien tienen un acuerdo fue pésimo no sabe usar el GPS nos perdió.el manager nunca pudimos verlo, hay un registro de inconformidad en el front desk, somos clientes de este hotel por mucho tiempo estamos desepcionados, hojala tomen carta en el asunto.

Room service was really bad we has to ask twice to clean up our room also the lights were going off every 15 minutes. breakfast was horrible. over all was bot a good place to stay.

This property’s customer service level has decreased significantly since the last time I was there. My flight arrived early in the morning and the front desk attendant wanted to charge me the full rate for one night instead of a prorated rate. Also, the towels in the room were torn on all four sides. In addition, the quality of the food served for breakfast was not the best. The fruit was not fresh and seemed it was the unused fruit from the previous day. I was disappointed.

This hotel is comfortable and has convenient parking. The breakfast was nice. Overall great place to stay but not very sound proofed.

I liked the customer service. Convenient if you need anything since Wal-Mart is across the street. Some restaurants and lots of Mexican food around. Rooms are small. Free breakfast is really good 👍 Free laundry.F ree water and tea and coffee.

todo muy bien ,solo que me toco quedame seca del elevador y el sonido de el mismo esmuy molesto especialmenye por la noche y me toco que la persona que dormia del cuarto siguiente dormia con la tv prendida me costaba dormir , constante me desperteba en la mitadad de la noche .

Great location, friendly staff. Room was clean, my husband and I stayed there for a week at the end of December. Very convinient location. Decent breakfast, free parking. Hot water and the best thing the AC/heater worked great. Will be staying here again on our next trip.
