We liked the cleaniness, and pretty friendly crew, mainly the ones who helped with baggage, it seemed like we got not as good as service as some, kinda weird, but oh well, was a great experience for the most part. I wish there was a way to reserve for the restaurants before arrival. Also could here quit a bit through the walls from other rooms.

Best thing is the dining option. However, the resort is fairly new and small. Maintenance and cleaning could be better within the rooms and hallways. We place our room service plates outside our room to pick up, it took them around three days for them to pick it up. From all the resort we have stayed throughout the years in Cancun this is definitely the one I was least impressed with.

Come with 2 kids age 2/4 and it was not fun only one pool for kids that was not good staff not friendly food was ok Rooms nice but water was coming into the room though the under the glass sliding doors Worst park is the u have to make reservations for the restaurants and when u get there they are all booked so u can only enjoy the buffet witch was ok food would not recommend to come with kids the day care so was so bad they did not watch the kids at all they where on there phone the whole time and did not pay attention to the kids so so sad
