We liked: Resort is high up on coastline/we could swim on beach/seaweed wasn't an issue/beach is private/kept very clean. Resort is smaller/more personal. Property was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good. Didn't like: After an entire day of traveling, we checked in and were told to follow a woman to a room where we were asked multiple times to signup for a timeshare presentation. We were tired/hungry/simply didn't appreciate this. Every time we went back in the lobby we were asked if we'd received our welcome gift/spoken to someone about a "great opportunity" (the timeshare). Our room smelled like mildew when we first got there. Once we turned on the AC, it got better. Mattresses were very hard. Second night there we made reservations in the nicer (non buffet) restaurant. We placed our orders from the preset menu. My husband and I ordered the same salad. His came with fruit/cheese/nuts. Mine was plain lettuce. When I asked the waiter, I was told they'd run out of the other ingredients which seemed odd. We waited 40 minutes for our entrees. The table one over from us had arrived after us but got their entrees before us. Their stuffed chicken breasts/portions were huge. My husband and 2 sons received 1 very thin non-stuffed cutlet and literally one spoon of potatoes. When we asked the waiter about it, we were told they'd run out of the stuffed chicken. We waited another 30 minutes and finally flagged down a waiter who told us they were out of all desserts.
