Nice family oriented resort. Beautiful and clean pools, kids activities and shows at night. Good variety of food. They have multiple restaurants on site but it is virtually impossible to get a reservation at any of them. So buffet it is. Also ridiculous towel policy leading to towel thieves unnecessary anxiety.

Hospitality was good, bartenders, bellhops, everybody was great . Restaurants suck with there new system and they were all empty ( don’t get it) maybe low staff. Thats where they dropped the ball.

Food wasn’t good, too many children, if you are looking to turn up this isn’t that type of resort. Almost impossible to get reservations at any of the restaurants buffet will be your only option. Check in staff is not very friendly. Out dated. Great location but Wouldn’t stay again .

Although the experience was great .. the only inconvenience was trying too book reservation for restaurants.. I log in at 8am (as stated) and they were none .. in turn I went directly to the restaurant and check to see if any openings — although it show that it was booked … they were plenty of empty tables to sit .. I think people just booked them to. Booked them and they don’t show up —IMO just go to the restaurant and ask if they are openings — they are willing to help … also the luggage helper Jesus was extremely helpful …

It’s was nice the best service was at the buffet restaurant David was great ! They did put a different color bracelet since I booked through Expedia: to get reservations for other restaurants in there was very hard . That was a down fall but it was a nice hotel stay

resort was ok. food could have been a bit better, but it got us by. unfortunately, in my opinion the most annoying thing was having to wake up at 8 am to make a reservation for the restaurant of choice. The rooms could have had more to them, but they were manageable for the price we paid.

The adult pool and bartender moises was amazing! The activities were poorly done that the workers didnt know how to play, especially beach volleyball, that experience was awful. I was here in 2018 and now in 2024 and it was much better back then, unless you have kids.

We had travelled as a large group to this resort for 5 days. The property was overall nice and clean. However, the service was poor. Check in was smooth, but when we had other concerns (our mini-fridge wasn’t refilled with water, no clean towels after room service cleaned up) the front desk was terrible and incompetent- even though we had paid extra for VIP bands. Lastly, I need to mention that the food was terrible. None of us-including the children enjoyed the food. The food quality was poor and not tasty (either too much salt or bland). If you enjoy bland food, good weather and a clean resort- this place is for you.

This resort is old , dirty and very badly kept. Food in the buffet was so horrible we couldn’t eat not one thing from in there. They told me I can not eat in the restaurants with out reservations and my stay was only for one night due to flight cancellation. So I stayed there for 2 hours and check out. The manager would not help me in anyway. Save your time and $ because this place is disgusting from every angle.

Was not satisfied with quality of food and condition of the resort. Beds were not comfortable at all and bedding was stained / dirty. The front desk staff had a hard time accommodating us an extra night. Our flight was changed and we needed an extra night. We were asked to check out and check back in. The best part was the entertainment team including the DJ and David, one of the waiters during breakfast time who provided the best customer service.

Suites on the first floor are very convenient, especially if traveling with little ones. Staff was excellent! Two things I disliked were the registrations for reserving a spot in the restaurants. We had to log in at 8 am to reserve and there were days where we couldn't go to a restaurant because it got booked so quickly. Another was the suite we stayed in smelled and it wasn't because it was dirty.

They let us use the all-inclusive facilities (pool towels, bar and food) when we arrived early until we could officially check in. And check in and check out only took about 5 minutes which was nice. A lot of different food choices, which our kids loved. Recommend booking your airport transportation in advance versus using their 24 hour taxi service when departing because it was 2x as expensive.

I would say when we first arrived to the hotel, it was a beautiful sight. You could see the ocean and feel the ocean breeze from the lobby from front desk. The bell staff is great, cheerful and helpful. Once you get to the checkin staff there’s a shift. The staff is almost mechanical, they don’t smile a whole lot and they rush through the checkin process which is good because you can get to your room and swim suit asap but bad because you miss important details about the hotel and it’s services. My room was ok, I had an ocean view. After spending a total of five days I noticed that the cleaning staff doesn’t really wipe the counters but they do everything else they’re supposed to do. Unfortunately, maybe they need to fumigate the entire building but I saw two roaches both in the bathroom and separate occasions. It was gross and disappointing! The food is not great. The burger meat is bland, chips are stale, the oyster meal during dinner had small pieces of shell in the actual sauce. I was lucky I didn’t lose a tooth when I bit into it. Some of the waiters are really crabby they looked like they don’t want to be there. There are exceptions, some were wonderful! Pros: kiddie waterpark area, game room, mini golf, pool(you have to get to pool early to get a chair), all the drinks you want, ocean view from hotel, accessibility to beach
