"Second time staying here visiting from Canada, staff is extremely helpful and nice. Area is very close to everything you need, Walmart, Oxxo, beach, there is a Starbucks in the lobby, the bar/restaurant outside the hotel is very good with very cheap drinks and food. Highly recommended this hotel. Also the pool is nice for very hot days. Room was clean and comfortable, Air conditioning worked great and staff changed bed sheets and cleaned every day "

The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . "So this is not the spot you want to go to for a raucous time like other properties. This is a very nice and quiet place w amazing service. I did go with the all inclusive and like other places around Puerto with 5 places to eat, this one only has two. Food quality was good, not spectacular, but that is not something I usually expect at all inclusive spots. The room was amazing w a ton of space. A separate sitting area from the sleeping area so great if you have someone that wants to stay up later and watch tv thus not bothering the other. Again staff was attentive and friendly, place was clean and people were always around maintaining. Would make this a place to return! "
