Loved the rooms by the pool (lobby rooms not good though), and the pool area is gorgeous. Staff are wonderful and food was great. Evening entertainment was lacking, so you need to find your own activities in the evenings. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it!

If you are an early riser you will like this hotel. If not, you will never get a pool chair or dinner reservations. We did not get to eat at the restaurants because the only times left were 9:30 at night when we went to the unhelpful concierge at 10 am. He said line up at 8 am or deal, 3 times. The adult pool area was very nice.

This resort was the worst stay I’ve ever had in Mexico. -the food is terrible -al a catres are a joke -no tacos? -the rooms are so loud -everyone slams their doors so bad -the staff are rude and don’t care -our room was dirty -our shower needed to be snaked it flooded the place I wouldn’t recommend

The rooms are big and love the bathrooms size. The issue I had is I had no towels what so ever when arrived at the room I had to request 3 times to towels sent to the room. Also the safe was broken which I asked to fix but never got a answer or even tried to fix it. The staff was not friendly only exemption the lady who explained to us the hotel amenities. The hotel hotel is a little dated for the price they charged. The restaurant at night was not that great and took a very long time for us to get are food and the staff again that night very grumpy. For 535$ a night even if it’s for 2 people and all inclusive I would expect something better or the minimum at least. But the bed was comfortable and the room a great size but that’s pretty the highlight of my trip. And it would be a good idea to mention if the staff expects tips because we don’t do all inclusive much and we have no clue if tipping throughout the day is something we should do so we don’t get the face of frustration and disappointment from the staff a heads up would of been nice at arrival that way could of been ready.

The property is beautiful it self. The bartenders could be treating a little more on making drinks. The general manager Ernesto was very rude and not helpful at all. We wanted to upgrade and he didn’t even try to offer us a better deal knowing that the website had many rooms available.
