The hotel is beautiful! The service is next level!! The scenery and ocean views from all the floors and restaurants were amazing! So many delicious foods and drinks! We were absolutely spoiled on this vacation!

The room and property were top notch. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Onsite night life was fun - live DJ and a Latin band at the roof deck on the weekends. Drinks were delicious but with a light pour on the alcohol so you get full before you get even a slight buzz. Food was fantastic. The only negative was that we were woken up every morning by loud noises that sounded like someone was throwing rocks in our shower. It's about 1.5 hours from Sayulita but a quick 15-20 minutes to the Malecon.

Property, Views, pools and restaurants were all good. What they don't tell you is there's major construction starting at 7 AM so you can't sleep. In fact they were remodeling the adjacent room to us and would start each mrning banging at 8:00.

Check in was quick and easy. Rosy sat with me to give me the lay out of the resort and aid with restaurant reservations. She was wonderful and always waved and said Hi to me as I saw her during my stay. I was also met with a glass of champagne. The remainder of the bottle was taken to my room. Rooms: The room is clean, modern and very tech-y. There is an ipad provided that controls lighting, window coverings, sound system, air conditioning. The bar is very well stocked. The balcony is huge and includes a nice sized hot tub. While there is a view of the ocean, its pretty far away with other buildings partially blocking the view. The main highway also runs between Mousai and Garza Blanca. The restaurants were all very good. I visit a lot of all inclusive resorts and the food here was definitely above average. The servers were extremely helpful and attentive. I go to Mexico for the beach, so this is always one of my most important criteria.The beach was small, but overall a nice place to sit and soak in the sun. There is a swimming area that is marked off for safer swimming. I never had a problem getting a chair. Servers were great at the beach! My only complaints would be: 1. Having to sign tickets after meals and drinks. The perk of all inclusive is NOT having to think about this. 2. Mousai is pretty far from the beach. Since this is the main attraction for me, I might consider Garza Blanca in the future since it's closer.
