Hotel is very family friendly, lots kids, I guess was because it was a holiday week for schools, but it never felt crowded when we went to the pool or breakfast Buffett. Everyone was respectful, guests and staff. The breakfast buffet was tasty, but expect the same items every day, but hey is breakfast how much can you improvise it. We never tried the lunch and dinner buffet since there were so many dining options around the hotel. They have plenty of staff which are very attentive. If you’re a light sleeper A/C makes a loud noise when it turns on.

The staff was very friendly. The pool was nice and clean. The beach area is beautiful. The only thing is that the room needs to be upgraded and if you get the all inclusive, the food is not that great.
