Location is perfect. Everything is easy access, dining, bars, quick mart, Ubers. Wife and I only stayed 1 night before going to our final destination. Property does need an update, and they need to have someone clean the pools more often. Found many cups of water inside the pool and trash floating around. The dinning and breakfast options are worth it. Food is delicious.

Playa Los Arcos has been our go to hotel for twenty years . Their renovations has made it more expensive but so is the entire area. But it is still worth it . The staff, front desk and food is 5 star. The beach has suffered from the last storm as well. They have j trucked in sand for the beach but swimming and walking in the surf is difficult as the rocks are sharp and dangerous. I highly recommend water shoes to be safe. Nevertheless the hotel is the same wonderful hotel in the best area of Puerto Vallarta.

So many inconveniences in the room, clogged shower, water spillage from sink, no screen in window so mosquitoes would get in, dangerous tile at the bottom of pool which my son cut his foot on. Not a pleasant experience

My whole family lived the restaurant from the hotel where it was buffet without the frozen food being heated up experience. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING and you pay a flat fee of 40 per person per day but it's worth every dollar. The staff and all yhe locals super friendly.

I did not like the room we were first given everything was wet the humidity was awful. My husband got sick from that room. We were llucky to be able to move to a better room but had to pay more money! It was worth it though. For the most part the staff there went out of their way to help us! We did not do the all exclusive.

This property has some very outdated rooms! I went in June and rooms were very humid so it made the floor wet! When I first got there I got a outdated room had to upgrade and pay more to get a decent room!

It is a friendly, convenient, safe hotel in Zona Romantica. The pool is great; the proximity to EVERYTHING is what made me select this property for vacation. I’m glad I did! Perfecto!

The property and rooms are clean. The food was great! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The beach area was nice, clean and they had plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas. It is located in a central location close to shops, other restaurants, pharmacies, etc. I will definitely go back again!

Great hotel, walking distance to Malecon or a quick 5-minute taxi ride. Only one dining option at the hotel was all-inclusive but it was a great buffet with different options every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ate right by the ocean daily since it is like a covered patio buffet. Great for kids and adults, safe space they closed the gate doors to the ocean at midnight so nobody can just walk in from out there. You did have access around the hotel if you wanted to go the ocean though. One little incident we had security come and very rude told us we were being too loud. No music or anything we were just talking with my parents on the balcony. Rooms need a bit of an update but the AC was WONDERFUL! Especially with all the humidity.
