We loved the property, the excellent staff, dinner was very good. The do need a hook near the shower to get to your towel. We will be staying there again when we come down and have recommended it to our friends who stayed elsewhere. Great views and the room was well organized. Thank you! Cheers!

The overall stay was great. The amenities are everything as advertised. The breakfast was amazing, the a la cartė food was ok. The saff was friendly, although not great, a couple of staff solicited tips which was odd. Not all of them seemed naturally happy to be there, as opposed to other top resorts we've stayed at. So our preference might be skewed based on those experiences. The location was great, in it that it was safe and quiet with great views--which is everything you could wish for. However, it is seating on top of a hill and the streers down to the main road are made out of stones, which when driven on small taxis makes for a long and bumpy ride that took up to 8 minutes depending on the taxi driver. This might not a deal breaker, but it got annoying after a while, so just putting it out there to be thorough. The highlight of our stay was the couples' massage, absolutely recommend it. It took around 2 and a half hours, unbelievable!! Another con is the beaches nearby. We went to conchas chinas and palmares beaches, not great at all. At the end, this is a great place to stay if you can live with the cons as described.

The property is very nice and has a beautiful view but that’s about it. I think they can definitely do a better job at having more options available for people staying at the resort such as restaurants, snack bars…especially since it’s not close by to any stores. I wanted a snack late night and they didn’t even have a mini snack store in the resort to shop from. The staff was amazing and super friendly but if you are looking for convenience this isnt the best option.

Because everything is far away from the resort they make the stuff in the resort that much more expensive. The quality does not match the expense. If you don’t care what you spend then overall it’s not a bad option.

This property is beautiful. From the room to the amazing views of the bay. Very clean and friendly staff. If your looking for a relaxing get away, we'd highly recommend this property. You can also grab a shuttle or quick ride taxi into town.

Very pleased with this property high in the hills of Conchas Chinas. PV easily accessible by taxi in 5-6 minutes. This property was very comfortable with exquisite views. The “Master Suite” was amazing and we enjoyed the privacy of the balcony jacuzzi each evening. Food was excellent and the included breakfast was an amazing buffet and made to order selections. Hospitality overall was outstanding. The afternoon the AC went out was the only glitch and not the hotels fault but a city power issue. The generators came on and lights and Elevators worked. The power resumed about 2 AM. The only suggestion I Would have is the hotel could have kept the guests informed with a written communication so We knew what was happening. Even with this minor inconvenience I Would highly recommend this property and we will be back. The concierge Antonio and the tour desk staff are fabulous. Big kudos to them! Thank you Grand Miramar!

The Pacific Ocean view from the balcony was espectacular,The junior suite was very clean,spacious,comfortable beds,good water pressure shower, included fridge,coffee maker,microwave and some foodware utensils.Hotel workers very attentive and polite,roof pool espectacular and the other pools and jacuzzis were nice too.Included Breakfast food was ok,I think is one think that they could improve.
