"Lovely resort, away from the craziness that can be PVR! Beautiful suite, next time I’d book something smaller just for me. Several options for dining, however I found the buffet and room service food disappointing - the service was impeccable always. The more formal option dining room “Andrea” did provide beautiful options all day and interesting theme nights. I can still taste a pasta dish with lamb on Sicilian Night!!"

"I've been to this hotel many times and previously loved it, due to the location, but especially because of the service. This time, the entire feeling was different. The service was very poor. Staff were actually rude at times. Just one example- We waited in the Sports Bar for over an hour after ordering our food with the waiter telling us, the food would be coming out soon. After an hour, he finally admitted that the chef had just arrived, because they didn't actually open until 1:30pm? "

"Suite was really spacious, perfect for families. It has an equipped kitchen, in case you want to cook or make food. Separate key access to the bedroom and living room, which might be a useful feature if you're sharing the suite with family. It also has a separate bathroom (yes, two bathrooms!) for the bedroom and living room. The resort is peacefully quiet, not sure if it's because we went in the spring and might not be a peak season for the resort. Love the private access to the beach and how close the resort to the airport."

"The room was really nice. We had a sitting area and a bar area with coffee and microwave. The bed was absolutely perfect, so comfortable! The breakfast was pretty good but I must say the coffee was not very good but you can get cappuccino or lattes which might be better. The service was great by all staff members. The pool deck is fabulous! We would recommend staying here."
