"Fantastic hotel. Staff was great. The rooms and the hotel in general is extremely well put together. Its contemporary and every room has a private hot tub. Everything is controlled with an iPad and they have Japanese toilets everywhere. This hotel feels like an actual luxurious resort. This is the perfect place to go and relax. Again, relax, not to party. The food at the restaurants is actually good, not the typical resort/all inclusive mid food. The only bad food i experienced was the room service one. The infinity pools are beautiful with a fantastic view. A heads up. The pools are closed early, at around 8pm. The other fyi, it's mostly older people. Young couples are nowhere to be seen. Gym is well equipped with a fantastic view. In order to move around the hotel resort, they have a trolley system that works great."

"What a great property! The house was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and delightful to have around and added value without compromising privacy. Maria and Karina prepared some great food and we would encourage you to plan for that. The only suggestion would be to do it early on and mid trip because they leave the left overs and then you have time to enjoy them. The pool was very relaxing. It was a bonus to have a nice little restaurant across the street for any quick meal. Be careful of walking on the cobblestone streets when they are wet. They get slippery. Internet works better on the main floor than bedroom level. We were not successful using the TV so watched Netflix on the laptop which worked fine. We would highly recommend."

"An amazing space for large groups! We used 8 rooms with a group of 16 and the common areas were expansive. The pool and palapa were a highlight. The host on site (Angie) catered to all our requests, coordinating excursions, shopping and transportation. Included a great off site restaurant reservation. Omar (chef) did such a great job curating local and unique meals 3x a day, also thoughtful to food restrictions. The assistants (Fernando, Dora and Izalia) all kept the place clean and operating perfectly. This is a 10/10 experience! Thanks also to Sally (Owner) with the initial communications."
