Grand Venetian Puerto Vallarta Beachfront Condo

The luxurious ocean-front condominium offers an exquisite combination of Mexican architectural flavor with modern, comfortable amenities at Puerto Vallarta. One bedroom, one bathroom with an infinity pool, a private beach, and three outdoor pools. Gorgeous ocean views from this hike-rise building.
Tower 1000 is an excellent tower on the beach, evoking the elegant Venetian style. It is a few minutes from downtown and the airport and close to everything in the condominium.
The condominium has a modern kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. One balcony is in front of the ocean and the beach from the living room. The bedroom and the kitchen face the sea. For entertainment, two flat TVs with cable in the living room and the bedroom and internet service with Netflix.
Enjoy watching whales and dolphins, tennis, volleyball, boats, cruise ships, fireworks, the glittering lights of the town, billiard room, movie theater, gym, and snack bar, all from the condo. Everything you need is within walking distance, including multiple supers, movie theaters with films in English, and many restaurants, Starbucks, and casinos just a block away. Local buses are closed for the 10-minute ride to town (55 cents), and Uber services are from the lobby.
Also, taxis and Uber are readily available at your service.

We have stayed at this complex before a few times but this was the best view we've had by far. It was also the best maintained and best stocked and was extremely quiet. The host was exceptionally helpful and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!

Our stay did not disappoint. Sandra’s condo is extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked. There was nothing we lacked in the kitchen. The view is amazing. We highly recommend this location as it was very clean, secure and easy access to downtown. The pools and the restaurant are superb.

Great Place and Great Vacation

We’ve been to the Grand Venetian 3 times now over the past 7 years. (In 3 different units). Always had a great time. Great location and walking distance to anything you need to see or do in PV. The grounds are kept very clean and the units we have stayed in have been great as well.

This property was excellent. My husband is disabled and it worked well for him. The only thing we needed was a grab bar in the shower, which we always take with us when we travel. Sandra was fantastic and let us use a patio chair in the shower. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Beautiful view & great host

Sandra’s place is beautiful, clean and has all the amenities including gym, pools, beach, restaurant, pool table and the most amazing view of the bay. It is walking distance to great restaurants and grocery stores. It is very safe and beautifully landscaped. Sandra is an amazing host and made sure our visit was perfect for us visiting our elderly parents who live in Puerto Vallarta. She even let us know about a special concert being held there. Great place and experience, we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful Condo

We've stayed at the Grand Venetian many times because we love the location and amenities at the condos. Sandra's condo is a beautiful corner unit, and was so nicely furnished and had everything you could possibly need. We did have a few minor problems during our stay, and she was quick to resolve them and very apologetic. We highly recommend this condo, and are hoping to return soon.

Excellent vacation location!

We spent a week here and this was a perfect location. Easy access and easy to get to places we wanted to explore. The pools are wonderful. The view was gorgeous. The unit itself was very clean, we felt very comfortable there. We cooked part of the time (plenty of local grocery options and the kitchen had dishes, pans,etc), ate out at some great local spots, and had food delivered a few times. We had everything we needed and Sandra provided us with great information for the unit itself as well as local restaurants, shopping, and events. If we come back to PV we will gladly rent this again!

Amazing condo great location

We’ve been coming to PV for a bit now and one thing everyone always asks is the best place to stay. We always recommend the Grand Venetian, it’s in the best loa room right between the melecon and marina, beside La Isla, 10 minute walk to the best restaurants. Ok ok enough about the location let’s talk about this condo!! A it’s amazing B Sandra is amazing!!! All the amenities you ever need! Great view, spacious condo, I could go on and on it’s just amazing!!

Beautiful Unit!

Sandra’s unit is very well appointed with everything one could need. The ocean front location was beautiful, and I could see dolphins in the bay one morning off the balcony. The Grand Venetian is a beautiful resort as well. I definitely won’t hesitate to stay with Sandra again in the future. She made everything quite easy and was available via text/phone call as needed. Enjoyed our stay and will book again. Condo has a great ocean view. All the amenities you will need are included. Check in was super easy. Owner was very co-operative and made the check in seamless. Great exercise facilities, three pools to choose from and an on site restaurant if you want poolside service. Close to shopping and fine dining. The only drawback is the bed is small. If there was a king size bed the condo would be perfect. Bed was still comfortable but it is small! Overall, great condo and we had an amazing stay here!

Great Winter get Away

This Condo is spectacular and the view is second to none. Everything you need to make this your home away from home is in the unit. Sandra was easy to deal with and very responsive to all inquiries. Grand Venetians location cannot be beat. All amenities are within walking distance or a short taxi, Uber, bus ride away. We never had any issues with finding a spot at one of the 5 pools or at the beach. Thank you so much for all you assistance Sandra in making this vacation an amazing experience. WE can’t wait for another stay in your condo in the near future.

In a word: Amazing. Of all the accommodations I have ever rented in PV, Sandra's unit is perfect for 2! See 5 star ratings above. Views are outstanding. Bed is comfortable and a queen size is not a problem for us. Unit is tastefully decorated, best equipped with necessities. Even a beautiful vase for Fower arranging! There just isn't an owner better than Sandra: A 5 star host! She is truly dedicated to making your vcay a happy Place that you will definately want to return to!

Outstanding condo!

We couldn’t have asked for more! Sandra’s condo is in a perfect location in the PV hotel zone with restaurants and shopping nearby, easy transportation and amazing views of the bay and Puerto Vallarta. The condo is well laid out, clean and had everything we needed. Special touches like the fresh flowers upon arrival speak to Sandra’s commitment to ensuring guests have an enjoyable stay. The building is great - a number of pools, lots of chairs and a really good restaurant near the pool area. Communication was good and when we had a check in problem (our fault), Sandra was quick to respond and ensure it was addressed. We plan to return to PV and hope we will be able to stay at Sandra’s again!
