"Room was very clean. Fresh towels daily. No patio lock. Security staff super helpful and attentive. We were always able to get lounge chairs and umbrella at beach. Beach gets very busy by end of the day. Pool is small, was often very busy with children in floats and splashing not much room for others. "

"The whole hotel was top notch except EXCEPT the musty smell in our room. And the sewer smell in our room..we figured it out. Wasn't from the bathroom..nor outside. It was the AC vents. Very gross. So we left the balcony door open partways day and night and survived. I give it a 3.instead of a 1 because the whole resort is beautiful. Food is amazing. It's right on the beach. And the room.itself looks great and beds very comfortable but that smell!!!!!"

"This was one of our most favorite group vacations! Nora and her onsite staff have thought of everything. Daily laundry, friendly staff with an amazing chef who can whip up delicious guacamole, fish tacos, margaritas & awesome french toast!About the home:GREAT for kids and families- there are lots of onsite activities with sand toys, paddle boards and games. The pool is safe and clean. The views are stunning. The beach is private with soft sand.The beds are comfortable!There is plenty of communal space supporting large social moments, while also catering to private solitude.Do yourself a favor and book this property if it’s available!"
