"From the check in to check out all the staff were friendly, and accommodating. We visited 2 of the specialty restaurants during our stay and both were excellent, we were learning a little Spanish every morning when we picked up our towels( apologies for our terrible pronunciation) and overall we enjoyed our stay and will return. Thank you for an amazing vacation"

"Bed was very hard. Beach beautiful. No real resort amenities not sure why they charge a resort fee: the room card on your wrist gets really nasty fast. I’d stay again but the entire 9days they didn’t change the sheets. They just kept remaking the bed. Also you have to check out an iron and they don’t give wash clothes. Not a resort more of a hotel. Otherwise not bad."

"You can not a better vacation house. This is the second time our large family of 19 stayed at the house. You can not beat the pool on the beautiful beach. The staff are absolutely amazing. They take care of you- it’s a true vacation. Two meals a day, no dish duty, a pitchers of margaritas brought to the pool side for the adults and pins colada for the kids. House has plenty of room and all the walls are thick so you don’t hear every noise. They help help arrange everything you need from transfers, in house massages, and excursions. It is just magical. Can’t wait to go back again. We also had a medical emergency with a family member when we were there. The staff helped get the ambulance and even rode with us to help translate. They truly take care of you and will be forever grateful to them."

"This place is absolutely amazing! I came here with 10 friends for my bachelorette party and it was the perfect villa. Plenty of room for all of us. The pool is perfect and the views are unbeatable! The staff was immediately welcoming and so helpful every step of the way. They truly made the trip more magical! Can’t wait to come back"

"Our stay was absolutely perfect. Our host Ken was extremely helpful, accommodating and responsive to every message. The Villa was beyond stunning. Every bedroom was comfortable and spacious. "Villa Ventura was the perfect setting for the vacation of my dreams! From our first walk down the stairs, I knew it would be beyond what we imagined from the photos. Every night we fell asleep to the sound of the waves and every morning we woke up to the smell of an amazing breakfast prepared by the incredible Chef Beto. Danny and Daniel made sure the house ran smoothly and we didn’t have a single worry. Afternoons were spent laughing by the pool as Danny created the most perfect piña coladas and prepped for another phenomenal meal. All the while, Rosario and Alicia made the house sparkle! Planning was so easy with the help of Nora and Patricia. And don’t forget to schedule a service with Jaz and the expert spa team. With town only a few moments away, we had plenty of options for shopping or a night out—but it was hard to leave the luxury of this PERFECT villa. If you are considering a stay, DO IT! Villa Ventura is truly a magical place."

"We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. I hope they reconsider this decision, we would return if they did."
