It is only 8 steps down from the patio to step onto the sandy family friendly beach that has no drop-offs or boulders infront of the villa. The standard rate is the generally applicable rate based on double occupancy for this property for this time of year. All bookings must check-in and check-out on Saturdays. When looking for availability, make sure you elect Saturdays for check-in and check-out, otherwise the listing will say your dates are not available. This property is right on the beach! It´s a 30 second walk from the living room to the beach gate. Casa Milagro is a 7 bedroom 8 bathroom Luxury Vacation Villa on Punta Negra Beach. It comes with a chef, an assistant chef, a house keeper, house man and laundry service that includes personal laundry. The chef will shop ($25 US taxi shopping fee not included), prepare, serve and clean up for two meals per day...either breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner. The staff take Sundays and official Mexican holidays off. This property can be rented together with a 7 bedroom/8 bathroom villa called Casa Macumba (Prop ID 228628) and/or an 8 bedroom/9 bathroom villa called Casa Canaan (Prop ID 2064606) All three villas are within the secure and gated compound and can be rented together, subject to availability. It is necessary to make the booking for each villa separately and guests from one villa cannot enter the areas of another villa unless they are rented by the same group. Fully equipped with a modern kitchen, granite counters, two big double door fridges, a cappuccino machine, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker and chef knives. The living room has a 65 inch smart TV and the master bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV and two bedrooms have 42 inch TV´s, all with SKY HD satellite dish. This villa has a heated Infinity pool with a long bench seat and massage jets for 8, a splash pool for small children and colored led lights. This villa is only 3.5 miles south of charming Puerto Vallarta. This comfortable villa has 3583 square feet of outdoor living space and 7532 square feet of indoor living space. In the 7 bedrooms there is a total of 7 king size beds, 3 queen size beds, and 6 twin beds. We have more twin beds in storage that are available for big families. Kayaks, boogie boards, volleyball and ping pong are included. Paddle boards are available for rent. Fiber optic telephone and Internet has finally been installed in all of our villas! Homeaway.com and vrbo.com are the only websites that will accept bookings for this property. The location, the beach, the pool, the staff were beyond amazing. We have traveled with our 6 grandchildren and adult family several times and this hit all the highlights. The food was spectacular Having them cook all our meals was so convenient not to mention inexpensive. Blair set up all our excursions and they were perfect. We enjoyed the beach, pool and home everyday. The staff was pleasant and ensured we wanted for nothing. They made my grandson, who had severe food allergies feel special with safe meals for him. Vincente world all day to prepare multiple meals, Edgar made sure we had what we needed, and Marta left the place sparkling clean. The kids like to hang out with Edgar. We were hooked up with kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boarded. Infinity pool and direct access to the beach, where we ride wave runners delivered right to the beach on the villa. Blair was an amazing host and so patient with my millions of questions and emails. The house was perfect for all of us, giving us room to be together or some quiet time when needed. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and views. The pool was a huge hit with my grandchildren and it is bigger than appears in photos. Sunsets were magical. I can not say enough good things about our stay. I do have to say a huge thank you to the staff! They were all so nice and helpful. This was my first time having staff and it will be hard to vacation again without them!! The food was so delicious. We are still talking about it. Blair set up activities that came to the villa which was especially helpful since we were such a big group. Just walked out the door to the beach. I can’t say enough. It is right on the beach and the beach is not very busy, even on weekends. The wait staff are very accommodating. The meals they fixed were amazing. We had two 17 year old's, two kids and their spouses, and my mother 'n law with us. All of us had a great time in the pool and on the beach. We also went deep sea fishing and scuba diving. The place is only 10 mile or 30 minutes from the airport or marina. The pool is bigger than what it looks like in the photos and so is the house and bedrooms. I know you should give negatives but we just did not have any negatives at all. All of us ranked this vacation in the top three that we have been on. To sum up our experience at Casa Malagro would start with the best definition of a VACATION. The beach front property is amazing but Blair and his staff truly made our PV trip a vacation. Our family had the best vacation ever at this amazing house!! We had a family group of 10 adult, 8 teenagers and 4 small children. The house was much nicer than expected and the staff was wonderful especially Pepe and Vincent. They were so patient with our special needs grandson and made us great meals! The service of all the staff was wonderful and the owner Blair took care of all our transportation once we arrived. It was easier for us to arrange all our own tours ahead of time. We loved the pool, the close access to the beach and all the various common areas. Having individual AC through the house was great especially in June. Some houses only have AC in the bedrooms. All the bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. We would highly recommend this house!!
