This is a very nice resort for those who aren’t looking for anything too fancy, but still want to enjoy the “all-inclusive” experience. Customer service was top tier! The facilities were a bit outdated and rundown, but still got the job done. Accessing the resort is a bit sketchy, but really close to the airport. The resort is right on the ocean, which is gorgeous, but the water is a bit dirty in that area. Amazing pools, bars, and restaurants.

For my first time in Mexico. I enjoyed the all inclusive resort and everything that came for it. The only thing that I would like is house keeping to check the room more often. Other than that minor thing. I enjoyed my stay. I’d love to come back again!

The property is definitely more outdated than the pictures show. We booked a 1 bedroom, they gave us a 2 bedroom/smaller beds. The room didn’t feel clean, especially the restroom area, there was stains on some towels/around jacuzzi area. I called 3 times in order for them to send extra towels, no one answers the front desk. There was 3 different leaks in our room when it rained. This hotel is “all inclusive” but 2 of the restaurants were closed, and for room service there’s a service fee. The only positive was the staff at the bar was nice. Other than that I would not stay here again.

We loved the atmosphere and felt comfortable. The pool and drinks were great. Juan and Alvaro were great checking on us and nailed the customer service experience! The food at the buffet could have been better, no tacos, choice of meats were baked or boiled chicken and touch beef tenderloin. We were there for 5 days and found out certain things on day 4, we would have loved someone to explain these things at check in. The restaurants were always booked so we only experienced buffet. Overall it was a nice stay but definitely the food could have been better.

What did we like? The restaurants that you are able to reserve, if you can even get a reservation, the way to book and options are limited, but if you get lucky enough to get a table, we strongly recommend them, food was delic. The other option is the buffet, those where honestly very bland, food would run out quick & waiters would not always come around to ask for your drink option. Oh, and the snack area by the pool, not only was it left unattended for periods of time, that the guests would go behind the counter to flip the burgers or theyd burn, but food was also left uncovered to be shared with the flies & other insects. Other than the food, my other major complaint would be the bad smell on the pillows/bedding, which was like a wet dirty rag left in a bag longer than 5 days, we asked the cleaning lady to exchange them and the "clean" ones smelled the same. Not the friendliest staff, just a few exceptional ones. Everything else was acceptable. Would we recommend? No.

Were there 6 years ago and thought it was great so we came back again. Has really been run down since then, had a back experience. Everything needed maintenance and updating. Over 5 nights we ended up in 5 different rooms. 1st room ac wasn’t working and fire alarm was beeping. Second room was temporary and my wife and I had to sleep separate as it had two small beds. Third room the shower didn’t work at all. 4th room would electrocute you when turning on lights and sent sparks. 5th room was nothing special and everything was run down and ac could hardly keep the room at 27 degrees. Service was the only thing that was decent. Food was not good at all other than paninis. Will not be coming back.

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback from my recent stay at the hotel near the ocean. Overall, I found the location to be quite convenient, with access to various amenities within walking distance such as Sam's Club, Walmart, a Shopping Mall, and the Marina. The area felt safe, which is always a plus. I must say, the dining experience was exceptional. The variety of meat, fish, fruits, dairy, and juices made from local fruits surpassed my expectations, and the customer service was top-notch. However, I did notice that the room was more on the basic side, comparable to a 3-star rating. Despite that, the cleanliness, white towels, comfortable mattresses, and daily cleaning service were commendable. It would be wonderful if they could consider adding hair conditioner to their amenities in the future. One thing I found lacking was a coffee machine in the room. That would have been a nice addition to enhance the overall experience. On a positive note, having beer, soda, and water inside the fridge was a thoughtful touch. Despite the minor areas for improvement, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider returning in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

I was disappointed about the customer service, there was only a handful of good staff members (Concepcion, Jesus & Henry). From the front desk (the worst) to the bartenders, waiter and waitress. There was several time that the water was off in n our room. Food was just what you would expect in a resort.
