Restaurant staff and bar tenders were very kind with us. Overall the hotel was nice, and we had an amazing time. However, in my opinion there are some improvement areas. Front desk employees were not attending none of our requests, they were just saying that they were sending someone but no one ever arrived. Issues such as broken shower and no remote control for the TV was provided after calling 6 times! Also the floor was never clean, the room was dusty with cockroaches in the hallway.

Property was filthy, literally a giant cockroach in my room!! Tables outdoors not wiped smeared with food, stench of sewage near main pool/ buffet area. My toilet didn’t work, mattresses old and uncomfortable sheets scratch. Would not recommend!!

We had a really bad experience here, the food was "HORRIBLE", the staff was not friendly. We asked for housekeeping, left the tag on the door at 8am, spoke to two supervisors about it and we finally got the housekeeping at 5pm. definitely not worth us coming back.
