"We loved our stay here. All the staff were incredible, a special mention to the women working in the restaurant. Blown away by their service and friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond for my kids. Every interaction in this hotel was pleasant. The only issue was the AC didn’t seem to work at all and our room was very warm all 3 nights even though we set it as low as it would go. But other than that loved our stay :) thank you "

"Fast and early check in. A late checkout without even asking as they knew when our plane left. Transportation to tswassen mills for shopping. Afternoon tea was lovely. There pool is old and tiny."

"Excellent area, would like to see a coffee bar with healthy snacks in lobby. Health and Fitness aids in Mental wellness, update and expand gym area to represent this importance. Extremely busy in morning. "
