"As a grandfather traveling with my daughter’s family of four (including two small children), there were not many Vancouver hotels offering the comfort that we needed. Only the Granville and two others offered two separate large beds plus a large sofa bed. The bedroom with a door was very private. The hotel has underground parking (extra), and a lobby restaurant which was a bit pricey, but the food was excellent with no waiting lines. Room had a microwave, a mini refrigerator, and a balcony. "Fabulous staff. The concierge Jerry was wonderful and very knowledgeable of the area. He was abke to answer all our questions. Also, the location of the hotel is convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again. "

"The location is great. Very close to the harbor and the docked cruise ships. Got the room with harbor view and it was spectacular. Highly recommended this hotel. It was very busy."

"The building is under renovation and the elevator wait times were extremely high and no access to use stairs from the 7th floor. Everything else was okay - great location and suite with kitchen and bedroom was great. TV channels limited to basic cable - I really missed being able to watch Me TV."
