Great location

Beautiful hotel, we parked and walked everywhere. The best part was the staff, very friendly switched from French to English right away. The night door man is amazing at his job.

Every detail thought out. Every need foreseen and attended to. The hotel is beautiful and clever. The lounge is set up with comfy seating interesting books, games, and puzzles, as well as espresso. Wow! Our second stay and gets better every time. Fantastic staff, fantastic room and beautifully located hotel close to all the amazing restaurants and shops. Coutellier’s Legendre restaurant is an experience in itself.

Staff were professional and courteous throughout my stay. I loved the coffee station that could be accessed 24/7. The room was clean, well made and had a nice view of the Chateau Frontenac in the distance. The hotel is just on the edge of the old town so you're close to the action with a quiet retreat. Very quiet room, comfortable beds.

This place is amazing! Perfect location in the Old Port and walkable to everything there is to see in Old Quebec. We stayed for 4 nights over Christmas in a "classic plus" room on the 7th floor and it was absolutely gorgeous with a great view of the Chateau Frontenac. Friendly and helpful staff. Property is currently in renovation but minimal impact to guests

We had a lovely stay over the Remembrance Day long weekend. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our suite was quite roomy with a soaker tub and shower upstairs. It was a wonderful retreat after a long day of shopping or exploring the old city. Highly recommend.

Well located in lower part of Old Quebec near Quartier Champlain. Near a lot of shops, restaurants, bars. Just 10 minutes walk to Marche Vieux Québec (like a Farmer's Market) and 5 minutes away from Musee de Civilization. The staff and the concierge Véronique were very friendly and helpful with he taxi, maps and helping our stay to be a memorable and enjoyable one. We like the newness of the hotel - it's design is spacious; modern shower stalls and fixtures and open layout of the entire room. We dont like the fact that the bath towels are so 'coarse' to the touch. It is not soft and fluffy. They didnt live up to excellent quality to the rest of room and hotel facilities

Very nice clean boutique hotel! Staf are very friendly and attentive. Every day a service staff member comes by the room with any amenities such as water, toiletries etc. Unlimited bottles water available. Pool is more of s hot tub but with a beautiful balcony view. Rooms are clean, shower shampoo gel and conditioner is good quality, overhead shower is great. Beds are good, small desk for work space. Lower floors get more noise. Very good hotel for price and location.

The only negative was the buffet this am. All the hot items offered were warm ( not hot) and some cold, therefore did not enjoy the meal. At $26 each it was a disappointment We went to Boulay for dinner on Sat and it was amazing so was expecting a good buffet.

We loved everything about the hotel. Stefan was wonderful on check in and the area was superb. The only issue is that there was no elevator, but that being said, we managed quite well. Fabulous stay and we would return anytime.

5star stay! Check in/out was a breeze. Hotel was charming and easy to find. Location was the best part - walking distance from pretty much everything. Situated right beside chateau frontenac. Room was clean and well equiped. Bed was very comfy - nobody woke up sore. Air conditioning was cold - shower was hot. TV worked. We had no issues. Parking was 22$ per day which i thought reasonable.
