Spacious room, friendly staff greeting you and pet friendly property. However, there was no housekeeping staff cleaning your room until END of your stay. If it's just one or two nights it's okay...but we stayed for 3 nights without any cleanup for our room, that part is unacceptable. Even when we asked front desk they had just given excuses that they do clean every 3 days.

I did not stay at this property. I was suppose to stay at the best western in Kelowna and kindly the agent Asaiah cancelled the booking and said I would not be charged by the hotel. I made a mistake with dates and I was very grateful for Asaiah’s kindness. Today I noticed I was charged on my visa statement. Will this take a couple days before I see a reverse on charges?

Our door didn’t lock. I talked to the front desk, they sent someone to fix it, they told me it was fixed, but when I went to bed at 10:30 the door would not lock. We were told no one could look at it til the morning. I had to jam my shoes under the door so that I could have piece of mind going to sleep! Manager told me on the am that it was no big deal and we were in a safe area and the door locks when it’s closed. So my question is, why have dead bolts on doors then? My common sense tells me that the hotel put them there as a security measure. Not sure why the manager told me how unnecessary they are except to accommodate their dropping the ball.
