Room was exceptional, had all the amenities as expected for the suite we stayed in. Location was excellent, close to downtown Kelowna and the many restaurants in the immediate area. Everything is within walking distance, and the views are spectacular.

The room was big , however it needed some home improvements,and a good cleaning. Unfortunately the bed was creaky and sunken in, definitely needed new pillows, The staff was amazing, location excellent.

The room we received first was not up to standard room 151, they were able to upgrade me to a quiet beautiful room with a great view. Once upgraded it was awesome
