"The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel had a nice hot breakfast buffet and is located near many attractions in the downtown area. Only drawback is rooms are a little outdated and out of two rooms we stayed in one mattress was not comfortable and lumpy. We did see new mattress in the hall as we were checking out so hopefully refurbishment is happening. "

"Overall very happy with our stay at the Sutton Place Hotel. Very quiet hotel for the area it's situated in. Also very convenient with the metro being outside the front door and the subway only being a short walk away. I was worried that it would be too noisy as I am a light sleeper sensitive to noise but I had no issues at all. Would highly recommend! "
