"This property staff is all 5stars. Me and my fiancé had beautiful time. The room was absolutely stunning. Staff was on point for all our needs and the location was perfect for walking to all destinations
Our very best stay ever!! "
"The room itself was not that comfortable because the couch looked dirty, but they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom and were in the best location one block from the action of frenchmen street. It was incredible! There was a cute courtyard to relax in and the staff were super helpful and responsive so we would book there again. "

The Bourbon Orleans really impressed me. It’s an older building with so much character and charm, but it’s been renovated so it doesn’t feel dated at all. The location is perfect—it’s literally on the corner by Bourbon Street—yet I couldn’t hear any noise at night, which was a huge plus.
We stayed in a bi-level room, which was perfect for entertaining. I can’t speak to the food or drinks since we didn’t try them, but the service from the moment we arrived until the moment we left was absolutely amazing.
We come to NOLA every year for this event, and I think this might just be our new go-to hotel. Loved it!"
"The staff from the front desk to the bellmen to the housekeeping team were friendly and consistently went above and beyond this was my 4th stay at thr Omni and i look forward to coming back again! A HUGE THANK YOU to Smiley who went above and beyond and upgraded our room to a balcony room which made our trip extra special and 5 stars and 2 Big thumbs up.
