"Beautiful space, views, and surrounding culture! The only downside of the experience was the elevator that was temporarily out of order given that my room was on the 6th floor but I got used to it pretty quickly. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!"

"This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property.
