"My two small daughters, 10 and under, and I were on a girls' trip to Chicago and stayed here. They were in awe of how friendly all the guests at the hotel were! Everyone was willing to share a fun fact of the city or just to welcome us.
I also appreciated how easy it was to get to places, whether walking or via public transportation. There was a lot of neat things to see and places to eat in the area. "
Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown River North

"Good, breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable.
Hotel was very busy and staff were quick to attend.
The only issue we had was some sticky substance in the carpet when we arrived near the door. "
"Love our stay here. Stay for 5 days 4 nights with a toddler and it was a great experience. All the staff are amazing! So sweet.
Only bas experience we had was when we got lock out of our room because the door guard somehow was put up, seem a little suspicious.
Overall everything else was great. Will definitely come back again."
"Beautiful place with amazing view! The room was amazing. The location was amazing. Staff helpful. Enjoyed stay. Will stay here again and again and again."
"The property is great... Its a boutique-like hotel for the young. The shower lacked a grab bar, I'm 64, showering with nothing to hold on was a little nerving. The halls have a very strange smell and are EXTREMELY bright and hot, feels like a hospital operating room. The staff was AMAZING and very pleasant. The rooms are very nice with very comfortable beds/pillows. Kind of off the main strip, so its very low key."
