The property was across the street from Navy Pier so the view was beautiful. The room was nice. The staff were pleasant and acted fast on things that we needed. The only downside is Valet is 83 dollars a night. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

Property and staff are fantastic - especially that lake view from east rooms! One suggestion- the DJs and music they play in the lobby are great - but way too loud. Entering the property feels like you fell into a rock concert. No way to enjoy the lobby or bar. Don’t change the music just have it more at a club level so patrons can enjoy it and still relax over a drink. Fantastic staff and property!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part and staff are very nice. The location is a great location for Navy Pier outing. We pretty much stayed gone from the hotel because Chicago has so many great things to do. Our last day check out was at noon and the house keeper came knocking on our door at 8:25 am and no we did not like that because we never ever had that to happen at any hotel. She apologized for it and hopefully they don’t do this normally for people to get out of the hotel.
