"This property is very consistent, great staff and manager Megan is the best. Location is perfect, but rooms are a bit dated. Great restaurant downstairs. "
"The hotel was right in the middle of the city. It was very close to the parliament building which was our main purpose of the stay. Easy check in and out. Well kept property. The only downside is it didn’t have a microwave for heating snacks for the kids. "
"This hotel was perfectly located for our Ottawa stay. Good bed, spacious room, kitchen with dishes, laundry and great location. While it was a good location, walkable to all we wanted, it was quite noisy on a busy street with lots of truck traffic. There is also homeless in the area (as in every city) but we felt very safe waking around even in the evening. Would stay in this hotel again. "
"Près de tout, très bien situer, bon rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner bien, bon café. La visite de l'ancienne prison fut très intéressante. J'ai beaucoup aimer l'endroit. Le seul bémol est le bruit en face l'auberge, construction. "

"The staff were friendly and efficient. I had a small problem and the repairman was there within 5 minutes of reporting it to take care of it. For some reason, the water in the shower was almost always cold. The facilities were spotlessly clean. "
