Very convenient and excellent service. Initial room was in poor condition with toilet seat broken, scuff marks on the walls. Looked very dated. Staff was very understanding and immediately changed rooms. Definitely needs updating.

Rooms were outdated and washroom so small. They kept the body towel in an open space near the toilet so when you flushed debris would splash has to move them out of the washroom. Carpet in room smelled. No one told me about the free parking. I noticed after reviewing my booking in our last day that parking was free we paid for an outdoor lot. I mentioned it it at checkout and the the reception added extra points to my Marriott’s bonbon account which was nice but upon returning to our car we got an 85 dollar ticket as we should of been back at our car at 6am. Also when we got into our room we noticed earplug on the desk . And sign saying construction happening across. Thank God they were not working in the weekend but anyone booking a weekday stay, keep this in mind.

Parking was a nightmare, the ticket the hotel gave us simply never worked. It kept saying unreadable ticket, so every time I was leaving the hotel I had to call in to explain the situation so they could open gates, and coming in I always had to stop by the front desk to a new ticket or just get a ticket at the machine and return it to the front desk. They exchanged my ticket 3x times and it never worked. AC in the room was also pretty bad, I had it in the coldest setting and still felt warm during the night, I read other reviews that had the same issues so they definitely need to address that. On my last night around 3 am the fire alarm in my room started going off without any reason which caused me some distress since I woke up very suddenly without knowing what was happening and what to do. The only positive experience is the staff was very friendly and understanding of all issues. However for that price and being a 4 stars hotel there are definitely many better options around the area and I would not be staying at Delta again or recommend it to someone, especially during Summer time where AC is so important. Hotel was clean and pet friendly, which are positive points. Other than that I would definitely rate this as 3 stars hotel at the best, not 4.

Great hotel, very clean, Tim Hortons in the lobby and an excellent location if you have an event at LeBreton Flats. If you’re from Ottawa and you’re wondering it’s the old skyline hotel completely renovated. Very nice touches like water and special water flavouring tablets for guests as well as earplugs in the room that work very well. An all-around excellent experience.

Property was clean and the area surrounding the hotel was very walkable. Didn’t like the fact that the agent that checked us in didn’t give us our complimentary parking pass instead telling us it was cheaper for us to pay for parking. We found out parking was included in our stay, when we were checking out. Thanks to the honest front desk agent that checked us out. That first agent was dishonest.
