The building is gorgeous and staff was friendly but unfortunately with COVID going on, we didn’t have housekeeping, no ice or in room coffee, had to request to have glasses in the room to drink water. Pool and common areas are closed. Check in was slow. Parking is $40/day. Also I thought it was weird ...

Clean and nice room. Staff is very kind! We got 3 nights for the price of 2 (not sure if that was an Expedia deal or Days Inn deal), and for that price it was very worth it!
The front staff were great. They loaned me a wheelchair for our two-day stay. Due to my illness, I fell down close by and two staffers came quickly to help me to my feet. The unfortunate thing was we weren't informed that there was no room service. We knew the dining room was closed (Covid 19) but ...
Awesome hotel! Very clean and brand new. Close to parliament building and ByWard market. Visited in July 2020 under COVID situation and costed 103$/night which was pretty good and the hotel was not so busy. Tip: if you need sewing kit, it is called mending kit in this hotel. ;-)
