This was a beautiful stay. Everyone was very kind. The rooms were nice. The food at the restaurant is highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel, we parked and walked everywhere. The best part was the staff, very friendly switched from French to English right away. The night door man is amazing at his job.

We like the newness of the hotel - it's design is spacious; modern shower stalls and fixtures and open layout of the entire room. We dont like the fact that the bath towels are so 'coarse' to the touch. It is not soft and fluffy. They didnt live up to excellent quality to the rest of room and hotel facilities

Great location

Every detail thought out. Every need foreseen and attended to. The hotel is beautiful and clever. The lounge is set up with comfy seating interesting books, games, and puzzles, as well as espresso. Lights in the room are dimmable, there's a kettle and mugs to make tea, the bed has proper sheets and blankets, there's glass bottled water and real glasses. 100 percent better than big name hotel. Vincent and Pierrot on the front desk are exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful. Will stay...

Location was great. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly.

💗

Great place to relax - Bai Saint Paul is charming and the scenery is fantastic!

Excellent location, friendly staff, quiet and clean

We had a lovely stay over the Remembrance Day long weekend. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our suite was quite roomy with a soaker tub and shower upstairs. It was a wonderful retreat after a long day of shopping or exploring the old city. Highly recommend.

Beautiful area. In the heart of old quebec.

Staff were professional and courteous throughout my stay. I loved the coffee station that could be accessed 24/7. The room was clean, well made and had a nice view of the Chateau Frontenac in the distance. The hotel is just on the edge of the old town so you're close to the action with a quiet retreat. The only thing that wasn't clear was that the breakfast at the hotel is an extra charge (which in the end costs about the same as any breakfast nearby). Otherwise I had a lovely stay and would...

Very quiet room, comfortable beds.

Very nice clean boutique hotel! Staf are very friendly and attentive. Every day a service staff member comes by the room with any amenities such as water, toiletries etc. Unlimited bottles water available. Pool is more of s hot tub but with a beautiful balcony view. Rooms are clean, shower shampoo gel and conditioner is good quality, overhead shower is great. Beds are good, small desk for work space. Lower floors get more noise. Very good hotel for price and location.

Wow! Our second stay and gets better every time. Fantastic staff, fantastic room and beautifully located hotel close to all the amazing restaurants and shops. Coutellier’s Legendre restaurant is an experience in itself.

This place is amazing! Perfect location in the Old Port and walkable to everything there is to see in Old Quebec. We stayed for 4 nights over Christmas in a "classic plus" room on the 7th floor and it was absolutely gorgeous with a great view of the Chateau Frontenac. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and the shower was amazing! Best shower ever! We had the hotel's breakfast one morning and it was a very nice selection of pastries, fruits, meats & cheese. The breakfast is a bit...
