A great hotel with good sized rooms and excellent service. Staff is all super friendly and attentive. We went a bit before February break so capacity wasn’t at max - no wait times for any restaurant. We enjoyed the water park a lot - it’s great for older tweens and even teens and there is a toddler version as well next to it. A fun lazy river and about 5 slides. The main pool is big (not the nicest we’ve ever seen but good enough) and the beach is clean and expansive. The food is good (not...

Staying at Casa don luis was an absolute sensory pleasure. It was like an oasis with lush greens and trickling water fountain next to the gorgeous blue waters of Marina Cap Cana. The service was exceptionally warm (thank you Jonel and Alejandro!). The staff was attentive and made us feel so very special. The breakfast was absolute value for money, the views from rooftop bar were breathtaking and the calmness of staying in this church-converted property was unparalleled. Excellent choice if you...

This place is second to none. The service is incredible and the food was amazing. This was my second stay here and I will definitely be back. The white sand beach is beautiful. Oh and the spa.. wow!

Perfect stay! Excellent food and amenities!

This is your ultimate vacation resort, we traveled as a family of 4 in late August when the weather was on a hotter side but the stay was super comfortable and the amenities were well maintained and helpful. The food menu could have been better for vegetarians but there were decent no-meat options available. The swimming pools were clean, well maintained and the personal butler service was the best part. It was super helpful to communicate with him over Whatsapp messages and he was very...

Great hotel，quite and private

Very courteous staff, excellent dining and a desire to improve resort every time I visit.

The resort was great. We got a free upgrade to family selection because we booked with Expedia. Our personal butler Rafael was great. He was quick with everything and always checked in on us. We never had any issues getting a reservation because of Rafael. Food and drinks were great and the entire resort was always super clean.

9/10

The secrets Cap Cana Resort and Spa is a true five star resort. Everything was very good. Name brand alcohol, pretty good food, the staff outstanding, didn't ever have to wait for anything, the concierge service is awesome with our guy Jeison on a daily basis, the beach is nice, the beach is private it's the type of beach where there will be little to no traffic from other resorts and if it is it's by the only one next door which is also a nice place! The only small thing I could complain about...

Very nice accommodations and really enjoyed the shuttle to the beach club. The beach was clean, lots of chairs and umbrellas and the bar and restaurant service excellent.

The Best
