"Good hotel on excellent transport links"
Though it sounds odd to stay in Canary Wharf if your reason for being in London is to visit Central London, the ease of access to the Jubilee Line and a quick journey through to Green Park makes it a hotel not only ideal for docklands activities (O2, Excel) but as a base for a wider London visit. Rooms are good, choice of food is OK (the Indian Restaurant at the hotel provides very tasty food at reasonable prices but order at least one more 'side' than you think you need!), and the extended bar area with leather sofas and big windows is a relaxing wind-down area after a day in town. So, a decent hotel at good for London room rates and better for Central London activities than you'd think.

Location ideal for O2 event, staff friendly, efficient and hotel clean and smart. Good basic level price hotel for high standard accommodation albeit room small and no facilities but ideal for those needing a bed for a night or two and happy to visit to excellent local restaurants and bars just a short walk away

"Lovely Hotel"
We stayed here for three nights and it is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely and very quiet. This hotel is only a short bus ride from London City Airport and can be reached by the DLR. It takes about 35 minutes to get to the centre of London. we purchased an Oyster Travel Card and it wa great value and meant you did not have to bother about buying tickets every time you board the tube, bus or DLR. very easy to use. Although the hotel is a bit out of the centre of London it was great to be a away from the noise. I would definitely stay here again.

"Ideal for ExCel arena"
Very nice hotel and the room was nice and clean. The only downside was it was very cold and the hotel as a whole wasn't very warm and our room was distinctly cool. We could not get the a/c to warm up and asked 3 times for it to be sorted out. In the end we were given blankets which had frankly seen better days and no one fixed the heating. Apart from that everything else was fine

Very nice hotel but room was overlooking the DLR so passengers could actually see into the room. Also more teabags would have been welcome!

Very pleasant stay nice location not hectic as it was not right in the heart of Luton. Only a short train journey to get into the centre of the city. Lovely Spa only down side was the pool for some reason wasn't heated due to a problem so unless you wanted to get into a cold pool there was no swimming. But would definitely book again. Staff were very pleasant & helpful & even gave us a free upgrade. Next time I'm in London I will definitely stay again. Breakfast was more than edible as well
