Everything is exceptional - my 3rd stay and this time for 6 nights. The staff is so accommodating and the rooms are super well appointed. Dining, exercise, spa and hair all under one roof ! Epic ! Can’t wait to return in Feb!
Close to the Tower of London and the embankment . We were happy with the hotel. the staff were very helpful. For those who are walkers and want to be near Piccadilly area a hotel in that area may be better for you.
Had a great stay at this hotel! Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and quiet! Will stay again on my next trip to London.
Great location, close to Liverpool Street railway station, tube stations nd local tourist attractions. Let down by food trays with left over food in the stairwells in the morning and an abundance of patrons luggage cluttering up the ground floor bar areas. Fantastic breakfast, as much as you can ...
Would stay again, lovely hotel. Staff really friendly.
This hotel is well located; it's within walking distance (10 minutes) of Covent Garden, St. Paul's Cathedral, Trafalgar Square and the Theater District. The breakfast is terrific - try to book a room that includes the breakfast buffet. We returned to the bar every night after the theater for a lite ...
Really nice hotel, and got my free Expedia VIP upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Great location for central/east London. Would return.
Great hotel, staff were fantastic and helped with every little request. So glad we picked this hotel, I would not hesitate to book again for future trips to London.
