    Very beautiful hotel, very clean and well maintained. Amazing view from the 31st floor. Great communication beforehand and was given special treatments as we were celebrating a special occasion. Gym was good, boxing was fun, pool area was warm, just a bit small to accommodate everyone (5 people in pool felt extremely crowded). Staff were quite friendly apart from one who was a bit reluctant to let me up the lift when I forgot my room key (possibly because I didn’t look the typical customer). One issue was there were window cleaners right outside our 31st floor room looking in when I had just gotten out the shower! Overall a great stay, will definitely be back.

      Everything about this hotel was wonderful! However, the only downside of my stay was the fire alarm went off at 4:30am. We went downstairs and was told it was just a fault in the panel so we went back upstairs to bed. Then the alarm went off again but was not stopping. So we went downstairs for the second time until the fireman said it was safe. Apparently it was smoke coming from the washing machine. We wasn’t annoyed that the fire alarm went off but annoyed at the fact that when checking out it wasn’t mentioned. We were never apologised to or offered anything to compensate it. Again, everything else about our stay was lovely!
